Emily graduated from the Faculty University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in June 2023. She began her degree at Red Deer College, where she played varsity soccer for two years before transferring to the University of Alberta. Emily’s varsity experience was built on over 11 years of playing competitive soccer, which instilled discipline, resilience, and a lifelong passion for sport. Following graduation, she gained one year of hands-on experience working with clients in Red Deer, which further shaped her understanding and appreciation of the transformative power of exercise. Emily is passionate about building relationships with her clients and helping them reach their goals.

When not working, Emily enjoys strength training, going to spin classes, spending time outside and with her family and friends. Having just moved to the Edmonton area, she is excited to become part of the community and looks forward to connecting with clients and colleagues alike in the ReYu family.
