Every new client is required to book an initial assessment. This first assessment is priced at $220.00 for 2 hours, every session after the initial assessment is priced and the regular price of $80.00 per hour.
Intensives, which are a minimum of a one hour session for a minimum of 5 consecutive days, are $110.00 per hour. If you are booking an intensive with our trainer Nancy specifically, the price is $120.00 per hour.

FUNDING POSSIBILITIES
Depending on your insurance company our services would fall under Kinesiology, Exercise therapy or a health spending account may provide coverage. We always encourage you to check with your insurance company. We are happy to provide letters of support to receive coverage. We have had some success with the following providers to cover our services: WCB, AISH, TD insurance. However, it remains case by case coverage. ​
